My name is Jose Carlos Gomez. Me and my brother formed Sierra Huma S.L. about twelve years ago. This represented the culmination of a desire we both shared to work in rural tourism offering the highest long-standing of facilites possible. It is a family business that operates from the some village where we and previous generations of our family were brought up. We initially began working in this field in 1994 with a house owned by my parents.

Since we embarked on this aventure we have had visitors from many different countries who, delighted to discover this corner in the mountains of Malaga have often returned several times and recommended us to their families and friends. We have found this a very rewarding experience and have thus been inspired to expand our aventure, transforming our homeland into a natural haven for the benefit of visitors.

Finca Rocabella is comprised of seven cottages all completely independent of each other and one apartment. We have taken particular care to integrate them into the surrounding countryside where centuries old carob trees and various types of Mediterranean oaks and shrubbery thrive. Lying on the slopes of the "Sierra Huma" mountain (1.019m) its unique position offers magnificent views of the Guadalhore Valley whilst allowing you to savour the tranquility and aromas of the mountains and the Mediterranean woodland.

Each villa has a large private garden with its own swimming pool and barbecue and a spacious interior comprised of: a living room equipped with fireplace, colour TV and music system with CD player, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and washing machine. The terracotta floors, wooden furniture and wooden beamed and cane ceilings give the houses a rustic and cosy finish.
